Applications for sponsorship will be open every February and August. |

The Evaluation Board will review applications every March and September. |

Sponsorships will begin every April and October. |
| Each enrollment period a limited number of students will receive sponsorship. |
| The number of students receiving sponsorship will be determined by the Evaluation Board every 6 months based on the budget, grants, and fund-raising activities. |

Students’ applications will be processed and sponsorships distributed, in order of receipt provided students meet requirements for sponsorship. |

Students may apply for sponsorship every evaluation period. |
| |
Once a student receives a sponsorship he/she may apply extend his/her sponsorship by completing the sponsorship extension process. |
