Who is Eligible for Benefits
To receive benefits from this program students must fulfill the following requirements.

Fit the program's low income criteria using Poverty Thresholds as defined by the US Census Bureau, Housing and Household Economic Statistics Division. |
| Have reach at least 5 years of age. |
| Participate in one (1) fund raiser or service project every six months to continue receiving benefits.* |

* Because we feel it is important that students do not simply receive hand-outs, students are required to contribute to the funds they receive by participating in fund raisers or service projects. While the majority of funds may not come from fund raisers, we believe that participation in fund raisers or service projects gives students a sense of involvement in and appreciation for the program.
